1. Please email info@swissbel.com in accurate name, membership number (if applicable), delivery address and phone number, order item and quantity, to ensure that goods will be quickly reach to the designated address.

2. Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly. Regrettably, we cannot cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. Swissbel reserves the right to accept a purchase order or not.

4. Merchandise based on the real shooting, influenced by the environment, light and photo combination because of the shooting, the commodity picture may be kind little error. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

5. The actual delivery date, time and total purchase amount of your order will be notified via email.

6. Delivery within 2-7 business days from the order's ship date for most orders. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, except holidays).

7. If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, or pre-sell item that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. You will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the item. Order items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped.

Delivery to Hong Kong: Cash on Delivery

Delivery to Mainland China and Overseas: Will be notified via email. We accept Paypal payment method.

Shipping / Delivery


Delivery to Hong Kong: Within 2-7 business days from the order email confirmation. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days and working hours (Monday through Friday, except holidays, 9:00-13:00 to 14:00 to 16:00).

Delivery to Overseas and Mainland China: Will be notified via email. The delivery leadtime is approx. 5-10 working days from the order email confirmation.

* Asia-Pacific includes Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Macau, Philippines, Vietnam.

** Selected European countries include the United Kingdom, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Greece, Ireland and the Netherlands.

The delivery standard is determined by working days of the respective destination countries/regions, excluding the lead time for customs clearance.

Swissbel.com primarily uses EMS (Express Mail Service), an international express service offered by over 140 postal services worldwide, including the United States Postal Service, Parcelforce Worldwide (UK), Chronopost (France), Australia Post, Canada Post, Singapore Post Limited, and Hongkong Post. However, depending on your order destination, we may also select from a pool of couriers to provide the most suitable delivery service for your specific order. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. Swissbel.com will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

Return / Exchange Product

Items purchased from swissbel.com, must be returned to swissbel.com. Simply complete the online form or email us with invoice number and the information of return or exchange product requested, within 7 days. Pack the item(s) carefully to avoid damage in transit, along with the invoice, in the original package if possible. Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address.

We do not accept return or exchange a product over 7 days from goods receiving, or the item(s) after opened, used or underused, or lost of the original invoice.
